The vehicle is placed in our factory for detailed design evaluation.

The CARGATE Tunnel frame is custom built to precise dimensions for each automobile’s design characteristics.

The electronic components are installed and the aesthetic covers are applied.

Our engineer’s “map” the vehicle to establish reference points.

Information from the map is placed into our database, so that the computer software can track the shape of the car in order that printed reports can be generated to indicate exact location of faults.

A custom silhouette template is made for each vehicle. The silhouette is scored internally for safety break-away points.

Ultrasound sensors and components are added and the templates are laminated and sealed.
